So far, the experience with Viking has been stellar. Rich was VERY patient with me as I fined tuned the design (a process that took several months), and answered every little question I had. They easily had the best prices available, which seemed suspect to me at first, but when I asked Rich about it he just chuckled and explained how they are able to save a ton by pre-fabbing the structure and sending a team of guys to build what is essentially a huge, high quality erector set.

I can't say enough good about this company. Richard Gomez a salesperson who is so patient at listening and answering questions. He will work with you no matter how many questions you have . Their product is quality and actually so good that it slowed me down trying to figure why the deal was so much better than their competitors and what was I missing. So far I'm in the initial phase of getting plans and applying for a permit and I expect nothing more than great service the rest of my journey. Also before you accept a company calling you and saying they just happen to have a previous cancelled order they will make you a deal on take that exact deal and call Richard and find out what a real honest deal will cost . I worked with Richard on the design and purchase of a Viking Building for over a month. He was great to work with and very responsive to my numerous questions and never lost his patience, no small thing. Through perseverance we were able to work together to come up with a custom building that meets all my needs. I would say Richard is a solid 9, I'd give him a 10 but then he might become overconfident.

One thing I noted about Viking Buildings is they seem to have better components (insulation, gauge of siding, etc.) than other equivalent metal building manufactures. They were even superior to what my local pole barn style builders offered, especially for insulation.
